I absolutely love Dr. Barnett and his team. There is never a wait to be seen, they call and remind me of my appointments and they helped me pick out my glasses today. Dr. Barnett is so personable and professional. He spends time and is honest with his patients. He told me today that I shouldn't get contacts, to wait until next year when the newer ones come out that will be a better fit for me. Honest, great eye Dr. office that is very professional. My son is seen in this office too. Just got new glasses and they are great!

Haven't been to an eye doctor for awhile, but an issue motivated me to go. Went on line to read reviews of a number of Eye Doctors. There are 2 reasons I went to Sachse Eye Associates. 1) I was impressed with what people had to say about Dr. Burnett and 2) It was really close to where I live. The remarks about the front office was a little disconcerting as I think anyone who deals with patients with eye issues should have proper etiquette, good people skills and provide clients the professional decorum they deserve. Any business wants their clients to return and if they don't, they're "out of business." However, for the most part, I found the office staff to be attentive and professional. Smiles go a long way to putting people at ease. I particularly was impressed by Logan who seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being. Thanks Sachse Eye Associates. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Sachse Eye Associates was so good for me that I brought my entire family to see Dr Barnett...even though it is a 30 minute drive! He is thorough, professional, and an incredibly likeable Doctor. I can't imagine going anywhere else...you aren't just a patient or customer, you feel as if you are a valued friend. It starts with a great Doctor and leader at the top of the org but it definitely trickles down to the professional staff. Excellence and courtesy defines this business!

Dr. Williams did an excellent job with my eye exam and took the time to explain all of my options. The support staff was very friendly and helpful and I was seen right away. The clinic was very nice and I appreciated that they used state of the art equipment for my exam and even assembled a preview of what my new eyeglasses would be like for my prescription so I had a feel of what my new glasses would do for my vision problems. I would highly recommend the clinic.

I had a GREAT experience at Sachse Eye Associates. Dr. Barnett was timely, friendly, and informative. He talked me through not only my care but also the plan for my new baby (when he should go to the eye doctor, etc.). I really appreciated the thorough explanation he provided. Friendly staff as well!

Why mess with a good thing? My family has been seeing Dr. Barnett for 9 years and we wouldn't dream of going somewhere else. At Sachse Eye Associates we get individualized care on each and every visit. When I first came in, Dr. Barnett swore he could find me a healthier, better fitting contact than my current brand. I'm pretty picky about comfort, so I had my doubts. However, after trying out a few different brands, Dr. Barnett found a winner. It is refreshing working with optometrists as passionate about eye care as the team at Sachse Eye Associates.

I've been here a couple times within the last 2 years. My first visit the staff seemed really disorganized and didn't seem very friendly. The doctor was fantastic. Dr. Barnett was very friendly and explained everything very well. There seemed to be a major lack of communication when it came to actually getting my glasses. After finding out that they had basically a whole new staff I decided to give them another shot since it does take a while to get everyone in sync and things running smoothly after something like that happens. I went back in for my annual eye exam this year and my eyesight had changed quite a bit so I had to get new glasses again and the whole process went a lot better, the Doctor was still on point and the front office seemed to be working better together and seemed to have a better form of communication this time around.

My family has been going to Murphy/Sachse Eye Associates for 2 years now and we have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service. Dr. Williams has been very professional and we've never had to wait for an appointment or for our glasses/contacts. The support staff there is also very courteous and helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend them.
