From the moment we walked in, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. Dr. Laura Lokey is truly amazing she is kind, pleasant, and soft-spoken, and she genuinely brightens the room when she walks in. She makes her patients feel comfortable and at ease. Absolutely the best! Joanna was outstanding as well very knowledgeable, informative, and so kind. She took her time with us, really engaged, and built great rapport. She made us feel confident and comfortable with the decision we made on our glasses. I highly recommend Vision Source in San Benito. An exceptional experience from start to finish!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Vision Source in San Benito, TX and can't say enough great things about the entire team. From the moment my visit began, Itzel made me feel comfortable and informed. She thoroughly explained each step of the process both before and during my exam--checking my eye pressure, taking detailed images of my retina, and collecting my health history. Her professionalism and clear communication immediately put me at ease. After just a brief wait, Dr. Lokey came in to complete the exam, and she was phenomenal. She was incredibly thorough, took her time, and patiently answered all of my questions. What really stood out was how informative and thoughtful she was when helping me decide between contacts and glasses. She even took my occupation into account to help guide me toward the best options for my lifestyle, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to her guidance, I felt confident choosing to go with both contacts and glasses. When it came time to pick out frames, Joshua was amazing. He was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He brought me a variety of styles to try and never rushed me--even after I tried on nearly two dozen pairs! He also took the time to answer additional questions I had about my contact trials. As I was checking out, I noticed one last pair of glasses I hadn't tried on, and without hesitation, Joshua happily grabbed them for me so I could be completely sure of my final choice. Overall, the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The office itself was very clean and welcoming. This was one of the best eye care experiences I've ever had, and I highly recommend San Benito Vision Source to anyone looking for exceptional care and outstanding customer service.

It had been a long time since I got seen. I am very pleased that the wait time wasn't that long and the exam was quick and informative when I needed it. The staff was also very nice and friendly .

I love the staff here. I took my daughter in to get glasses and loved how friendly they were so I booked myself an appointment there as well. They are super fast as well you definitely won't be sitting there for hours.

Just the best. Dr. Laura Lokey was patient, professional and answered all my questions. Joann was just the best, she explained everything my insurance covered and was patient will I choose my glasses. Highly recommended.

**** READ BEFORE GETTING EXAM FOR CONTACTS!! Im extremely disappointed on how the staff reacted when I asked for my prescription for contacts. They did not want to let me speak to the doctor about my concerns and got defensive right away. All they kept saying was the doctor will not allow me to get my prescription and that's their policy. I understand that I can't get a final signed prescription until after I am fitted for contacts but no one explained that to me at the doctors office, nor did they let me speak to the optometrist after my exam. They offered to give me trial lenses that were "A BIT OFF" of my prescription LOL but still refused to show me my actual prescription on paper because I wanted to compare my old prescription to it. I came here because they were highly recommended and it's so disappointing how bad the service was.

Amazing place! Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Silvia and Natalie are very sweet and helped me feel very confident in my choice in glasses. Dr.Loki is also very sweet and helped get me the right prescription. Glad to have this amazing team help me.!
