Just had a fantastic experience at Pupila Family Eye & Ear Care for my vision test! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions patiently, even giving me helpful recommendations for my dry eyes. The front desk was also great, explaining my insurance clearly and showing me frame options without any pressure to buy. The office was clean and overall, it was a really positive and stress-free visit. Highly recommend!

I thought this was a good eye dr when I took my daughter and her experience was great, but then I went as a patient and I've had nothing but problems. They claimed I needed these $800 neuro lens. I have had so many headaches since starting wearing them so they changed my prescription to a progressive lens. Still no relief. My vision is worse and I have headaches so often right behind my eye. All this started with their false prescription and now I'm $1000 in with glasses that don't help me.
EDIT TO ADD. I have called multiple times complaining about my ongoing issues. One make took me over a month to receive because this office was having "office problems" per a different location that called me. Not to mention I didn't hear about the " balance" until I continued be remade lenses that are still not working so I suggested to rescan my eyes that YOU GUYS clearly gave me the wrong prescription & now I owe money? I've been in there twice since my last remake. You take really good care of your patients huh?

We came into this establishment and had an awesome experience. My husband and I both needed lens replacement for three pairs of glasses each. The new lenses were ready within a week and every pair came back perfectly. The people are experienced, considerate and very helpful. They answered all of our questions and took their time with us. The prices were so much more reasonable than any other of the places we have gone to.
This place also has an ear care doctor. We both had our hearing tested, and my husband needed hearing aids. He was fitted with hearing aides that day and went home with them and is so happy with them. I have been asking my husband for years to get his hearing tested. It was good all the way around for us. We would refer any of our friends to them. Actually, we already have told everyone we know about the eye and ear care we were given. It's great to have these services here in Sealy.
Please check them out! We want to keep this resource here, in Sealy. I can't believe we got such a highly experienced group here!

If you aren't getting absolutely top notch service at your current provider, and have had maybe even a fleeting thought that you want to switch, come here!! My son has special needs, so he takes a lot more patience than your average patient. They went above and beyond every step of the way to make him feel comfortable and accommodate for him. They were SO patient, SO kind, SO understanding. Absolutely stellar customer service from front to back. If you want someone that gives true small town customer service, like the kind that's so good you tell your family and friends to go out of their way just to come here, this is the place for you.
