I would give negative review if it was an option! LIED I called and asked how much it cost for an eye exam. The guy said free if you purchase glasses. I said wow that is amazing and set up two appointments. A lady called the day before to confirm the appointment. She proceeded to tell me the cost. I said wait a minute that is not what I was told when I made the appointment. She said only qualifying prescriptions are free. I told that lady he flat out lied! She was not rude about it but said well if you don't qualify it cost and also told me no eye doctor on sight they are virtual. We did NOT go to the appointment and NEVER will. And the cost of the eye exam is more expensive than the other three places I called.

I made an appointment here because I needed a new glasses and contact prescription. When I arrived, I was informed that there are no doctors on site, and it is all telehealth. This was never mentioned when I made the appointment. Then I was told that they use a few machines there that are not covered by insurance, so would I mind paying the fee for those exams. I agreed to this. Afterall, I am using my lunch break for this appointment and I'm already here now. After my exam, I settled my bill of over $100 (my copay was only $35) and waited for my prescriptions. My results?? "We are sorry ma'am, but our doctor doesn't feel comfortable writing you a prescription, and they recommend you see an in person doctor for what you are needing." HUH??!!! So I literally paid them over $100 to be told, sorry we can't help you. They didn't even tell me it was telehealth until I got there - no option was ever given. I'm not sure what kind of quack operation they are running over there, but do not waste your money on their fancy machines. Without a doctor, they are aparently useless. Update: After Stanton Optical referred me out to see another doctor, they refused to provide me or my new doctor with the medical records and test results that they did perform. This place is a fraud and a joke. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR EYE HEALTH TO THIS PRACTICE.

I hate to write bad reviews but I simply have to this time around. I ordered and purchased glasses back late/early June) one of my pairs of glasses took excessively long to get over a month and 2) whoever is handing processing of insurance is a not doing their job, i have been called at least a half a dozen times over last last 4 months for information on my insurance which I gave each time, with the most recent being today 10/7/25. I will never go back again nor would I recommend. No one seems to know what they are doing over there or how to correct issues at all.

This place will not call you when your contacts are ready, then send them back and not give your money back. They also will not order them again unless you repay for them. Edit: day 4 of having an escalation ticket with no call back.

We stopped in here because Wal-Mart wouldn't see us until 2:30 pm. We're glad we did. It's a no-nonsense place with easy to understand options and a very friendly staff. The eye exam was free with the purchase of glasses, which were two for one at the time of this review. The doctor took us in almost immediately, right before his lunch break. They made us feel absolutely welcome. The glasses we purchased were great looking and still in style, and the frames were relatively inexpensive (19 dollars for both sets of frames). All we had to do was to select from our options for the lenses and we were done! It will take a couple of weeks for the new glasses to arrive but I am confident that they will be excellent in quality and appearance.

Do not come to this place. The women are more worried about their phones and each other than they are the customers and there is absolutely a 100 percent chance that your prescription is going to be wrong. They have a women that has zero education doing your exam and measurements and then you see a supposed doctor via video service! I have some talked to people whose prescriptions were completely wrong and ineffective. My husband and myself dodged a bullet by telling them after the extremely unprofessional eye exam was completed that we were not comfortable with the process and would not be doing business there.

So went there today for an eye exam. Was told they didn't have time and they were completely booked! Not a single person was in the building! I have been going there for years will be taking my business elsewhere. By the way take the walkins welcome sign down if your employees don't want to work on a Saturday

Don't come here! They lied about the prices! Do yourself a favor do not come here because the prices advertised are not what you get. 79 bucks plus 108 for exam? Totally false advertised. I got some here before and payed 79 but now they play games . Told one price and do something else. Any good post they must of done cus this place is empty and that's when you know it's crap!
