Staff was friendly, Dr. Brooks was quick and efficient. Every time I come, whether it's an annual exam or have my eyes measured all the staff is extremely accommodating and kind. When I changed to progressive lenses, it was difficult for me to get used to the transitions. Everyone at Kirkwood make sure to help me understand the transition to the progressive lenses, and they were happy to continue helping me until everything was perfect.

Answered a lot of questions I've had looming over my head the last few years as my eyes continue to change with "age". Ladies that checked me in/out were super patient with me as well figuring out the numbers of my new insurance. Happy to have found a great place!
