Been trying for over a month to get new glasses. The initial set of glasses was horribly wrong, and I was instructed "to wear them, my eyes will adjust". I've been wearing glasses over 40 years, and they think I cannot tell when the prescription is WAY off?Sorry, but I'm smarter than that. Now, on their third attempt, I realize it's holiday season, but it has been over a month, no sense of urgency on their part. I have read horror stories of contacting them over the phone, they seem to be dealing with this with a now inoperative 866 phone number. Maybe it's time to dispute the credit card charge and go back to my old eye glass store?
Update: After over a month and SEVERAL trips to the store and SEVERAL trips to my eye Dr. to confirm their mistake, they notified me that my glasses are ready. Third try and I don't believe they did anything because they are no different than their second mistake. I had to get a refund and take my business elsewhere......

Very nice people I will start with that but they are horribly unorganized. They are terrible at answering the phone putting you on hold and just leaving you there. In the office the front staff is everywhere trying to do so many things at once. I went in to get a second pair of glasses we got the measurements did everything and all of sudden the site was down. I was promised a call back on Monday here we are 5 days later no call back and I can't get in touch with anyone because they answer and place you on hold.
