I had my first appointment with Dr. Thi V. Le at the Sugar Land location yesterday. The staff and Dr. Le were very professional and kind. Dr. Le explained every part of the exam and how each part of the exam helps her in diagnosing any eye issues I might have or might have in the future. I highly recommend Elite Family Vision! They made me feel like part of the family. You will not be disappointed.

I had a short wait and got my new prescription in less than an hour. Clean office, polite office staff and accurate, friendly and respectful Doctor. I highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Elite Family Vision for their courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. My first visit was in 2025 after I became frustrated with my previous Optometrist. After suffering through 3 years of double-vision(I had to wear an eyepatch on one eye in order to drive, I took a gamble on a referral from my sister and scheduled an exam. Within 15 minutes, Dr. Z was able to diagnose my issue and now I no longer suffer from double-vision and my eyesight is greatly improved. Unfortunately, Dr Z is no longer there but Dr Le is fantastic and very competent. The staff is very friendly(they laugh at my bad jokes!), and are very knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and try them out.

The doctor here and staff are amazing. I was very worried about my daughter (5 years old) when we started noticing her eye turning in. I don't have much experience going to an eye doctor myself and the staff were so friendly and good with her. They really take a lot of care with young patients and the doctor answers questions thoroughly. Very happy with our experience coming here.
