Dr Alexander and staff are all amazing. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Dr Alexander is very patient and accurate with her prescriptions. Always a pleasure to come to my annual visit. Love my new glasses!

Employees are literally , amazingly kind. The only problem i had was being there almost 2 hours when I had an appointment will keep coming here just hope next time I need an exam the wait time won't be so bad

UNETHICAL practices. Terrible place to go. I've never seen anything like this. I ordered a year supply of contacts and was given TWO TRIAL boxes out of four. On top of that, I couldn't see clearly out of the contacts they provided. My insurance paid half and I paid the other half out of pocket. As a result, I'm not only paying full price for trial pairs but I'm paying for contacts that I cannot see out of. What upset me the most was that they GAVE ME TRIAL PAIRS TO WEAR AS MY MONTHLY PAIRS. That's absurd and can no way be healthy for my life eyes. Just so they can make a profit. I spoke to Natalie on the phone prior to going back to the office and explained everything - she informed me I could come to the office for a full out of pocket refund even if I already opened the box. When I got there I was assisted by Sherry who was very rude and cold. She said it was not their fault they gave 2 boxes (12 pairs) of trial contacts and refused to give me a refund. So now I have a years worth of contact lens that I cannot see out of ans are only meant to wear for a week. Complete scam This place is unethical and I will be reporting them. I've been wearing glasses/contacts all my life and have never encountered such as thing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

They are amazing! They will definitely take care of you and your eye needs. Great staff. Very happy customer here. Highly recommended!

Dr. Alexander is amazing! I went in several month's ago for an emergency eye injury. I can't remember the lady who took me back for every appointment but she was so kind. They went above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything you did to take care of my eye Dr. Alexander and for making me feel so comfortable even though I was very nervous about my eye. We need more caring doctors like yourself.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Immediately welcomed by the ladies in the front. Had a little bit of wait time only because my appointment followed four children. And they were all very apologetic for the wait. The doctor was very thorough, walked me through the entire procedure, and explained everything very clearly. I actually saw Dr. Starchville. I'm very glad I made my appointment there. It was worth the little bit of a drive. Highly recommend!

New pt- Eye Dr was good. Ordered new glasses had my own frames 3/20/2024 . Was told they'd be ready in 7-10 days. Today is 4/23/24. Have left 3 messages - No one has called back to explain delay. Finally spoke to them today I'm still on hold after giving my info. 13 minutes now- Did they lose my glasses???? Frames were not cheap!!

The actual exam was good and most of their staff is nice. (not the managers) But I wouldn't recommend purchasing their glasses. They are way over priced and cheap made and I didn't even purchase the cheaper price ones. Please if you go here for your exam purchase glasses somewhere else to avoid the hassle. I've purchase glasses from Walmart before this time and fully expected this place to be better but to my amazed Walmart has better quality and more durable glasses. Specially for children.
