The Eye Guys

It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Phillips and his staff. I feel like they truly care about your vision and take their time to make sure they get the correct script for your eyes. My wife and I know we are in good hands when we go to The Eye Guys.

Very pleasant experience. Reception staff very polite and professional. Dr Keir was wonderfull, competent and took her time. Marlee helped select glasses, explained my insurance coverage costs. Great job all around

The equipment was very modern. They do the eye pressure and exam all in the same room. They have the updated pressure "checker" that doesn't aggressively blow air in your eyes. The staff was amazing. My doctor was so professional from her attire to her demeanor. I love everything about this location.

The entire staff at Moores Lane are wonderful to deal with! From kids to adults - they are attentive and caring and take their time to help you have the best experience. I'll always be a life long customer!

Dr Phillips is very kind and compassionate. He relieved my anxiety about my eyesight and will have 20/25 vision with glasses. After having cornea transplant and cataract surgery. Very pleased. Love Dr. Phillips and his whole staff. Always an easy checkup and quick service for my new contacts. The vibe of the environment is upbeat and joyous, very kind, and customer centered. Always will recommend The Eye Guys and especially Dr. Phillips.

Poor patient care. Awful customer care. Ended up with infection in both eyes, due to improper procedure staining/dying of eye. This was done on 11/13/25. A Thursday. By Saturday both eyes were red and swollen. I returned on Monday to seek help/advice. Was told all doctors too busy. Made an appointment for next day. Upon arrival was asked if insurance info was correct. I said yes. But this should not be billed out as the doctor is at fault. Told pay 35.00 copay or not be seen. Ask to speak to doctor..hard NO! ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER. NOPE! Receptionist talked to manager and manager said pay or go. I said this isn't right. Receptionist informed me that my appointment has been canceled and they were done!! Well. Im not done!! This is extremely poor treatment to your patients. I made appointment with PCP. Seen today 11/19/25. Indeed have infection in both eyes. Do better DOCTORS. Don't let your Receptionist and Office Manager make critical decisions for you. As they are not qualified. If they are not informed or able to Medical decisions, please let them come and ask you. EVEN IF YOU ARE BUSY!!!!We are talking about patients who put their faith in you. That you would take good care of their eyes.

Moores lane is the best location! I've been going here for a couple of years and they are the best! The staff is always very sweet and welcoming and so is the eye doctor! they are pretty quick as well with getting your prescription in your frames and will always help you find out the best frames for you!
