We had a wonderful experience at this office. The receptionist Sandra was very welcoming and made the check-in process quick and easy. The eye doctor's assistant Savannah and Janie were so kind, professional, and explained everything clearly during the exam, which made my child feel very comfortable. The glasses assistant Carrie was also incredibly helpful and patient while helping me choose the right frames and making sure they fit perfectly.
Everyone in the office was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

Had a visit yesterday. Took my 7 year old daughter who was very nervous, in for an exam after experiencing vision issues at school. Dr. Binder was amazing and took his time talking to us. Had an eye exam/contact exam @ the Mann Eye Clinic in Tomball today. I've been seeing Dr. Louis Binder now for 4 years at this location and cannot say enough good things about this office and the practice they run. The staff, including the front office admin, Sandra, is helpful, efficient and friendly making the check-in process a breeze. Today I had Dr. Binder's assistant, Savannah. She ran all the preliminary testing before I actually saw the doctor and she is very knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel very comfortable as she walks you through this battery of eye tests. She answered all my questions with ease.
