The Eye Center of Uvalde

The most comprehensive exam I've had in a long time. The staff is so kind and super friendly! Dr. Ginger Sosa was amazing, taking her time to answer my every question. I am so grateful to have you on my team.... The Eye Center of Uvalde! You Rock!

My eye exam was not as thorough as I have experienced in another facility. Dr was completely unaware of my alignment issues and failed to administer the test needed for a more accurate prescription. I paid for an eye exam that was incomplete and upon ordering my child's glasses they were unfamiliar with the lens specs in her prescription that was faxed over. They were leaving out the lens specs on her glasses order but I caught it. They had to start asking various questions as they were familiar with the need for it. At this point I was not pleased with the competence level of the staff and refrained from proceeding with ordering any glasses from this office. I do not recommend this office to anyone who may suffer from eye alignment issues versus vision. If they cannot administer an alignment test with accuracy you will never know you have any issues. Unfortunately the human blind eye cannot detect with precision the way the device at the other dr office was able to detect issues. This eye exam was a waste of time & money.

Very impressed and loved the staff. We had a great experience. Dr. Jackson was very polite and thorough. My nurse Edna was so wonderful! She has such a Beautiful personality! Have to mention our previous visit with Dr. Cox who was awesome as well. Thank you for taking good care of us. Blessings to you all.

customer service is great in eyewear and eye exam process was smooth, efficient, and a pleasant experience with the entire staff. Worth the drive from Del Rio to get everything done in one location, better stylish eyewear options, and overall experience.

I went in with a prescription and came out with glasses for my son in under 30 mins!!! This place is amazing!!! Great staff and awesome customer service!!! Highly recommended!!!

The staff is real helpful and the after care of your glasses when you accidentally break a screw or something like that they try to fix it all the time.

Dr. Sosa was great! The facility is designed for patient comfort and the staff are exceptionally friendly.
