The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. At every machine I was brought to, they explained exactly what it does and why they used it; was very well informed. During my contact lens trial, they sat with me the entire time while demonstrating everything. Very patient and showed me multiple ways to put them in and take them out. Great experience for my first visit

AVOID! I chose this eye doctor's office because it was conveniently located near my workplace. Unfortunately, what I expected to be a simple eye exam turned into a frustrating and unprofessional experience. When I booked my appointment, I specifically stated that I wanted **traditional pupil dilation**, not photo imaging. When I arrived for my 5pm appointment, I was told I had "signed up" for the $50 photo imaging instead -- which is **not covered by insurance**. I explained that I never agreed to this, but the staff told me that because I had a 5pm appointment, dilation would "run the doctor over schedule." That is not my responsibility, and it felt like pressure to accept an unnecessary upsell. From that point on, the experience felt rushed. The exam did not feel thorough, and I left feeling uncertain about the accuracy of my prescription. Sure enough, when I compared my results to last year's prescription, this year's exam claimed my vision had *improved* -- despite the fact that I came in specifically because my vision has felt worse. That raised major red flags about the quality of the exam. On top of this, the office aggressively pushed expensive add-ons -- from luxury frames costing thousands of dollars to lens upgrades -- which felt more like a sales floor than a medical practice. I later learned my coworker visited the same office the same day and had a similarly uncomfortable experience. We both work in the medical field, and we agreed this is not how patients should be treated. I called to speak with the manager afterward. No apology. No offer to re-check the exam. No attempt to resolve the situation. I've since spent over an hour on the phone with my insurance to arrange a second opinion elsewhere. If you're looking for patient-centered care and a thorough exam, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Loved my first experience here! Dr. Katie Kaufman was extremely thorough and nice. They took care of me by being so patient with all my questions when I was trying to choose glasses. I highly recommend this office. Friendly staff too!

All I can say is just WOW! This place is absolutely exceptional. I found this place because of the overwhelming 5 star reviews and I can definitely say they are well earned. I made my appointment online and filled out my medical information immediately after (which I highly recommend doing). I received a conformation email and several reminders before the appointment. When I arrived, i checked in with the receptionist (who was awesome) and signed a couple of quick forms. Sidenote: when filling out my medical history the week prior, I wasn't exactly sure what insurance plan I had so I took my best educated guess. After checking in with the receptionist, I asked her if I had filled out the forms correctly and if she was able to pull up my insurance. She said that everything looked good and she was able to find my insurance policy. I was about 20 minutes early for my appointment and I only had to wait about 5 before they called me back. I paid for the eye picture because I can't stand getting my pupils dilatated and they recommended a peripheral vision test. I had never done one before so I decided to do that too. The tests went by very fast and the nurse was very friendly and efficient. After going into the exam room, I only had to wait about 90 seconds before Dr. Kaufman came into the room. Let me tell you, she is by far the most knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever seen. We did some standard vision tests and then she went over my eye pictures and explained everything to me in detail. I know I keep saying it, but I have never met more friendly/knowledgeable staff than at this office. She then took me over to the optician, Celeste. Also, WOW! I had no idea someone could be so passionate and knowledgeable about glasses. Celeste is literally a walking encyclopedia about frames, lenses, different technologies, and even brand history. She had me try on quite a few pairs and then I found one that we both liked. It wasn't my usual style but we both agreed that it looked very good. The only downside was, it was a little more expensive than I was expecting, but it seems I have expensive taste in everything. You get what you pay for though and I'm sure these glasses will last a very long time. All in all, this was a fantastic experience and well worth the drive, even if you are 45 minutes away from this office.

I have been taking my kids there for years and I myself am a patient. Kids love it. Phenomenal care. Cutting edge, no drama, accommodating, extremely professional. As a physician myself, I highly recommend. :)

We have been taking our child to Dr. Amy Jones for eye checkups for the past three years, and the experience has been absolutely outstanding. Dr. Jones is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough in her examinations, and always takes the time to answer all of our questions with patience and clarity. We truly appreciate the care and attention she gives to every detail of our child's eye health. Her recommendations have been invaluable in helping us maintain and improve our family's vision and overall eye health. Now, we are also planning to get our own eyes checked with Dr. Jones because we trust her expertise completely. Thanks, Dr. Jones!

I recently noticed some blurriness/fogginess in my right eye. Setting up the appointment was simple and check-in was super fast. Everyone was really friendly. The exam was very thorough. Dr Jones was very professional and informative. Definitely put my concerns to ease. Kudos to the entire team!
