Love Dr. Pinkerton, but don't care for the office staff. I tried picking up my contacts from the White oak office several times and they were always closed. I was told the office would be open on the message that was left. When I called they said they had moved to the Kilgore office a week earlier than expected. When I asked if they could mail them to me, they said they would. I called a week later to ask about them. They refused to mail them to me. After all the trouble, the least they could have done was mail them. Not good customer service in my opinion.

Extremely disappointing. Office changed my appointment location without notifying me. They were apparently running extremely late but didn't bother to communicate, much less apologize. Receptionist couldn't provide a street address that was accepted by GPS. Front desk staff were too busy talking about their youthful appearances, children and co-workers, to welcome and assist a new patient. I wonder how they treat established patients that are taken for granted? There are too many other provider options to tolerate this rudeness and incompetence. Customer service training would benefit this group.

Dr. Pinkerton is by far our favorite! My son has been to many different Doctors and Dr. Pinkerton was the first to actually get my sons Prescription Correct. His eye sight changes every year and Dr. Pinkerton stays on top of it. I highly recommend him. The only negative thing I can say is that there are sometimes long waiting periods in office and there have been some front office staff that aren't always professional and caring of patients. We haven't been one of those patients but I have witnessed them be rude to others.

Great office staff. Appointment was right on time. Will go back.
