I just visited my eye doctors, lady made a note for virtual personI went to get new glasses, everything was fine real modern , when I talked to a virtual person checked my eyes virtually moved everything, #1 or #2 and so one, when she finished i waited for my prescription lady at store told me that they were going to make me appointment with eye doctor!? Something about diabetic something! That I had to go within 24to 48 because it was an emergency!! I'm 62 I was scared!! I guess the virtual person didn't read my notes, I wasted 45 minutes there ! I just wanted an eye exam to get my new bifocals! Never again! Next time I will go to Walmart optical!! And yes I did !

Walked into the store and was greeted by Angie the manager, advised I had an appointment the following day and wanted to clear up the insurance hassle. Was able to get SAME DAY exam, AND SAME DAY new glasses (mind had broke and was using tape to keep the glasses together) SO HAPPY with the results! I deff recommend this location! So happy with my new glasses!

I called to book an appointment, verified with the rep that they took my son's insurance . Got there they didn't take his insurance . Also there is NO doctor in the center . Everything is done telecommuting.

I finally got my New glasses and was very excited. They fit nicely and are very sharp and clear.. But sadly after two weeks they fell down and got two very, very small scratches and I called Stanton Optical in Brownsville to see if they could help fix but they told me that they only cover for frames work. I was very upset ... I paid over $400 for those glasses . Never going back No more
