This clinic is quick, hassle-free, and thorough. I have been to other clinics with remote screenings, but they were far from thorough, and often feel very clinical and lacking warmth and care. This is not the case with the 20/20Now experience. I appreciate the customer service. Michelle was my in-house tech, and she was amazing and friendly. I will come back.

This review is for Rachel! Let me give some back story I'm from Amarillo TX and I got an exam here but the office closed some time ago and I was never able to get a copy of my prescription.. I have been trying for sooo long to get a copy of it, I called other stores in midland and Odessa even some locations here and no one has oils even try to listen to what I was asking for. Finally today I just googled a location and Rachel the great answer my call she was so patient and listens to me stressing out and boy did she deliver!! She got what I needed and made sure I had a copy of my prescription and she got it to me super fast! Thank you so much Rachel you saved me from not being able to see cause ya girl was on the same pair of contacts for umm 4 months now again thank you Rachel for going above and beyond
