Had such a great experience with Dr. Akhtar and his amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Specifically wanted to shout out to Dr. Akhtar as he is the kindest, most informative, and caring eye specialist out there. He is so informative and takes the time to really listen to the concerns or questions of his patients. As well, the office is clean and orderly and ran well by the ladies up front. Would recommend this place to anyone I know :)

Bad service.
Everytime i tried to call they never answer or they always put me on hold.
And when they answer and I tell them why they take so long to answer, they always talk to me with an attitude.

I've been coming to this location since 2012, this is my last year with them. They don't answer the phone and are closed randomly during open hours. I've been waiting for my contacts for a month, no one checks email or voicemail. Save your time and go somewhere else.
Once again, randomly closed during their published hours.

Website hours and hours posted on the door say they open till 5. I showed up at 4:16 and they were closed. Guess its 5'o clock somewhere. So much for posted hours

Fantastic Experience! Dr. Akhtar was really great and had lots of helpful advice to give. He was patient with my many questions.
The staff was also very helpful and patient to us. My wife and I had back-to-back appointments and we had to bring our 2 very active young kids with us who were constantly trying to move and get into everything in the waiting area, but the staff were cordial and polite with us the whole time. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this location. One of the better Medical vision experiences I've had in my life.

Absolutely wonderful service. The ladies in the front were friendly and very helpful the Doctor as well, was very straightforward and great with my kids. Amanda was also an absolute angel, she helped with my baby as I ordered my girls glass and even brought out some paperwork all the way to my car as I was loading all my kids. As a mom of 4 it can be overwhelming to go out with all of them and they made me feel very welcomed! Will definitely come back and get my own eyes checked!
