High5 Vision Development

We honestly cannot say enough good things about High5 Vision Development. From the very beginning, we were impressed by how professional and thorough everything was. The testing was incredibly in-depth, and you can really tell the whole team cares about the kids and takes their work seriously. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and just wonderful to work with. But Abby is truly amazing. She quickly became like our son's best buddy. Her energy and bubbly personality made every session something he actually looked forward to. What could have felt like therapy never felt like work to him. It was fun, engaging, and something he genuinely enjoyed every time. This experience was not only beneficial for our son, but also something our family will always remember. Abby made such a positive impact, and we are incredibly grateful for her patience, dedication, and heart. The only bittersweet part is that therapy is finished because our son reached his goals. We are so proud of him, but we already miss Abby and the whole team. If you are considering vision therapy for your child, High5 Vision Development is absolutely wonderful. We are so thankful for everything they did for our family.

Love it here! My 3 kids and I go here. Another practice said my kids were fine despite our concerns. We discovered after a much more thorough exam at High5 that two of our kids need glasses and they actually listened to our concerns about our son's eye turn. He is doing amazing in Vision Therapy due to our partnership with Abby. His vision, moods, balance, and overall quality of life have greatly improved. Vision therapy is truly a partnership between the therapist and home and Abby does an excellent job of coaching me to help my son in his home practice. I highly recommend High5!!

My first visit to High5, and everyone we spoke with was very friendly and answered all questions. When we found frames to investigate, Colleen was awesome, very patient in explaining options and looking at the details with my wife and I. We all agreed on the frames and she worked with my insurance to get the best price. We would recommend High5 Vision to anyone!

I had an appointment about a week ago and when I arrived Audrey Ortiz was there to greet me. She went over the reasons why I was there and after my exams she already had a selection of frames picked out for me that she thought would suit me best. She made my experience hassle free and showed wonder customer service and was super knowledgeable about their products. Audrey seems to be a perfect fit and a great asset to the company! More people should be like Audrey! Also my glasses were completed super quickly and Audrey reached out and followed up to make sure they were perfect for me. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!!!!

Took our daughter to High5 for her first eye exam. Everyone was wonderful, patient and kind! We found out she needed glasses so we looked around trying on several until deciding on a pair. The day we picked them up and drove home she said "Mommy, I love looking at the trees now". So pleased we found this place and they took such great care of us.

I had an old set of broken glasses that were way out of warranty, Collen helped me find me new frames on line, as the older pair weren't being sold any longer, she forwarded me the link to order the frames and when they arrived she replaced the lens free of charge. This is the definition on customer service and I highly recommend High 5!

I do not recommend it to my worst enemy. Tottally Unprofessional and worst experience that I've ever received from healthcare. They are not consistent about what they talk. Kept saying one thing and doing another. Policy is not clear and also changes at their convenience. The policy that was shown to me once I requested my refund for wrong prescription was totally related to the frame and I never complained about the frame at all. The problem was the wrong prescription, the store did a wrong prescription glass to me , I couldn't read anything with the glass(week later I went on my optometrist that I use for 7 years and it shows clear the prescription high 5 vision did was totally wrong, as those pictures shows). Without mentioning the wrong prescription that was not refunded in full, they charges me $150 dollars for their mistake (they did wrong prescription glasses and charges me for their mistake).(never ever it was explained at any time or even the policy was not shown to me once I was there to do the glass or once I paid my glasses) They want to charge a new appointment fee to check the prescription that was wrong( my appointment that resulted in the wrong prescription was 2 weeks before that). That was not explained once the lady scheduled the visit to fix the wrong prescription that I should pay it again to check what was wrong. I tried the eyeglass, and the glass was not even given to me to bring home(stay at store full time) , once I tried it in store,the left side was completely blurry that I couldn't read anything. They stated my prescription changed but I could still see in left side with my old glasses ,how it changed if I couldn't read with the new glass but I was able to read with my old one??. Now I went to my doctor(the one I use to have for 7 years) and have a different prescription than the one high 5 prescribed to me. Worst, worst, worst experience that I ever received in my life.. Do not recommend it to my worst enemy (if I suppose have one). The manager is so condescending and rude. Do not waste your time and money. I added the prescription from that place that was done at August 13,2024. And the prescription my doctor prescribed Today Sep 20,2024. To people compare the discrepancy between the 2 prescription. Now it is clear why I couldn't read with that prescription.... Do not go to that place , I do not reccomended.

Came in for a free eye exam, received the greatest care from all the ladies that assisted from checking in, to getting the pre screen to the actual exam. A huge shout out to my niece Audrey for recommending this place. I'm going to LOVE my new glasses and thank you ALL for the assistance.
