ASDA Opticians

We have just had excellent customer service from the optician at Asda, Eastleigh. Vicky couldn't have been more helpful with her advice and suggestions, she definitely deserves a particular mention. We had lots of decisions to make re glasses, sunglasses and frames etc, Vicky made it so much easier with her knowledge, informed suggestions and lovely manner. She's a credit to your store. We left happy and confident with our choices and purchases.

Took my seven year old today and honestly it was by far the best experience we've had anywhere. From Reception to Opticians exam and choosing glasses they were kind, friendly and efficient. I feel she had a very thorough check and she came away smiling. Won't be going anywhere else for our family now. Perfect, thank you so much.

I had my first visit to the branch yesterday & due to a mix up I wasn't booked for the right appointment, however the receptionist was lovely, I didn't catch her name but she had a South African accent she was absolutely lovely and squeezed me in and saved me a wasted trip. The optician was amazing he was very thorough with my contact lens check and genuinely a lovely guy with a lovely warm manner. Asda should be very proud of the lovely optician staff they have within the department as upon paying the next lady was so friendly with a big smile. All in all a lovely experience and I am glad I have moved to Asda for my contact lenses...

Amazing service for varifocal glasses and I returned for contact lenses. I had a dreadful experience with Specsavers who basically tried two lenses on me then gave up as they weren't right. At Asda I had such care and my eye health was checked too- the process of how lenses work was explained fully to me. I left with perfect lenses and Dorothy helped my take them in and out with immense patience and encouragement. What a wonderful lady she is! Thank you Asda I would never have come to you and have been to Specsavers since 2017 but I won't go anywhere else now!

From two initial phone calls, being welcomed in the store, and offers to explain and assist in any way, I found all the staff extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The eye test itself was superbly conducted, with clear explanation at each stage. I shall be returning to select glasses as they have a great, well priced selection (no new prescription needed)

Fantastic staff, very efficient and helpful. I was made to feel completely at ease and there was appropriate, relaxed conversation throughout my visit. Waiting for my new glasses to arrive but already received my first batch of contact lenses which are very comfortable. Good choices for appointments to suit my availability.

Today I collect my new glasses, I am very impressed. The attention from every one was superb, from the receptionist, the optician, and the fitting service. The quality of the glasses was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. I was very happy with my purchase. John
