I recently visited Sukhi Eyes and had a really positive experience. I was able to get a same-day appointment when I developed an eye infection, which was such a relief.

I didn't get any new glasses. I used to go to Sukhi when she was at Charnleys and trusted her, so I was delighted to see she had set up
her own business. I decided to have the in depth eye test and Sukhi took time to explain what each result meant. I took my current glasses along, which she checked and said they were the correct prescription, so I didn't need to buy new ones unless I just wanted a different style. I was recommended Sukhi Eyes by a friend when I mentioned I was looking for a new optician and wasn't sure where to go. I was so pleased I followed up their advice as the experience I received was exceptional. All the tests were explained in detail, questions answered and advice given re dry eyes.
If you want help to choose frames you can ask or alternatively you can select a few and try on without any pressure. There was an understanding that glasses are a major investment so it's important to get them right and I love my chosen pair.
The fitting session was straightforward and aftercare spot on. You receive a lens cloth and natural lens cleaner eco spray with your purchase which I use daily. When I pop in everyone remembers me, the level of service from the whole team is exceptional and the friendliest I've ever come across. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sukhi Eyes. I went to Sukhi for advice about dry eyes and was offered a complimentary dry eye assessment during an awareness campaign they had recently. The assessment is expensive but having had it I can say it is worth the money, I was very impressed by the detail she could see of how my eyes were being affected by the dryness , I was given a detailed report and advice on how to manage it.
Most of all I was so pleased that Sukhi was more than happy to help me with a related problem of dry skin around my eyes. She was most kind and sympathetic. Thank you.

Having not been completely happy with my varifocals from my last optician, I decided to try Sukhi Eyes for my eye test this time and what a good decision it was! Mrs Cheema examined my general eye health thoroughly and produced an accurate and precise prescription. Ben was then able to fit me with the right varifocal lenses

I took my elderly next door neighbour to Suki as she had a poor experience with her own optician. My neighbour knew that she had glaucoma and needed to go to a specialist and her cataracts doing but was too scared to go. Suki gave her a really extensive eye examination and was really kind and reassuring. She gave her a referral to her doctor and gave her the assurance to have her cataracts done. She has now had an operation for her glaucoma and her cataracts op is arranged. Without this she wouldn't have done so. Brilliant service.

In November 2025 I visited Leamington Spa nine times for my sixth course of Valeda red light therapy photobiomodulation with Sukhi Eyes. Sukhi always explains to me my AMD (age related macular degeneration ) eye condition in an understandable, interesting and professional manner. The staff could not be nicer alongwith the practice environment. Sukhi has made contact with my NHS eye department and they now acknowledge the Valeda treatment. She's so thorough, has attention to detail, explains everything so you aren't left questioning any part of the test
And her aftercare and knowledge is exceptional!
And her staff are so lovely and kind, they were so nice to my youngest daughter (6) they did colouring with her whilst I looked at glasses which made the experience so much more relaxing and less rushed :)
