I went to the doctor to update my lenses. After that, with the new prescription I order a new glasses with my own frame (which I paid really expensive). After one week, they called me saying that they broke my frame, and according the policy, since the frame was not bought there, the store don't do any kind of reimbursement. Unbelievable!! It was a fancy Italian frame!

Eye town is not a great place, unfortunately. It took several months for them to get lenses ordered when I ordered from them twice. When I went later, they said insurance covered my visit, but I got a bill later because they aren't in network. The insurance company said they didn't even ask them whether or not they were in network or not. I'd recommend finding a different place for vision care.

I came from out of town to the Shakespearean festival. The temple piece of my glasses had broken off the night before and they were kind enough to fix it for me without charge. I highly recommend their services. They were quick and very nice and caring.
