I went here last month to get a prescription for my contacts and glasses. I had to pay $100 even with in network insurance and they said I had to come back again to get my contact prescription. They only gave me my glasses prescription but it's not even correctly filled out and missing important things so I can't order my glasses online. There is also two ladies at the front, one was very kind and the other had very poor customer service skills. Honestly the whole time I was here I felt like they were desperately trying to get my money and didn't want to give me my prescription because they knew I was going to be ordering off cheaper websites online (1800 contacts and zenni) which is just poor business practices in my opinion. Even if I just needed a prescription and don't want to buy y'all's products that is none of your concern and it's in my right as a customer to choose to business with you or not. The extra star is for the nice lady but if she wasn't there I'd only give one.

I will not be returning to this location. Two times now I've shown up for an appointment only to be told that the doctor who can accept my insurance wasn't there. Why did no one call me to reschedule? They knew which insurance I have, because I entered it into the online system. I got off work early, packed my 3 kids into the car for their eye appointments, and then had to go straight home. Now I'm back at square one.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Dr. K is thorough in exam and asks questions to make sure all aspects of my visit are covered.

Watch out for the under handed way they get you to sign for a additional test that's charges you without you know what your agreeing to. I walked out without completing my exam, very angry and frustrated the way they handle check in and consent

As always, they take good care of of their patients, and I am very happy with their service. The staff is very friendly. The doctor was very friendly. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Everyone was amazing, especially Avette. She was so helpful in helping my daughter and I pick out our frames and ordering our contacts. Very friendly, funny, full of smiles and very professional.

It was amazing how smooth it went, the friendliness and knowledge both the Dr. and the tech Tania have. We especially liked how great of an eye Tania had by picking out eye glasses for us. She was spot on the color and design. They both took the time to listen to our needs and wants. We will definitely be returning and we definitely recommend them for you and your family!

Dr. Krohl is amazing. Great equipment with good explanations of each test. Multiples time pausing and asking if I had questions. My husband saw her the month prior and she diagnosed a serious eye disease. She referred us to a specialist and we are so grateful for the early detection.
