Eagle Vision

I called for an appointment we earlier in the week and was able to see the optometrist at the end of the same week. There was a short wait before the initial exam and then I was given several eye tests with the latest scanning equipment. The whole staff was very kind and took the time to explain each part of the examination process. I met with Dr. Stewart who is very knowledgeable. He explained the results of my eye scans as well as completing the eye exam. The entire office andnis clean, bright, and welcoming. I wear contacts and like to have copies of both the prescriptions for contact lenses and eyeglasses. I chose Eagle Vision because it is close and convenient to my home as well as acceptable my insurance. my insurance covers either a pair of glasses or contacts. I chose contact lenses and because I have a strong prescription the doctor ordered different lenses for me to try out before committing to a year's supply. I was treated with respect by everyone at Eagle Vision and I recommend their services for adults and children.

First time patient, but likely last time as well. I tried them because they were closer than my old Dr. Staff was friendly and informative. However, they would not print out my Rx after my appt, saying it would be ready and sent to me around the end of the business day. They said the Dr needed to finalize my Rx. I asked why, since he had just done my exam. They then said it had to do with my insurance, but that also made no sense since they knew exactly what my coverage was to buy glasses in their office. I've never had to wait a full day to get a vision Rx printed out. Next time I'll just make the drive.

Eagle Vision is phenomenal! They were so sweet with my kids and got them in and out quick. Then when my husband came who hates drs, they did a great job going quickly. He picked out some glasses that seemed amazing. Once he got them and used them, he was ready to throw them out a window and roll over them. He was so mad. We came back in and spoke to the gals there and they came up with a solution that worked for us. He is now THRILLED with his glasses and loves them so much. Eagle Vision is an awesome place and we are so happy to go there.

I thought I'd try these guys out as they are closer to my house. I called on a Friday at 2:38 PM to make sure they were open and in contract with my vision insurance. They were, so I told them I was heading there now. Well, they close early on Fridays and were closed by the time I got there. Common customer service sense is that if I customer tells you they are heading there now, you mention, "hey just so you know we close early on Fridays so you need to be here in the next 30 minutes." That was the first thing. Next, I ordered a pair of glasses and Sun glasses, it was over $700. About a week later I get a call and was told one of the features (high index) wasn't available on my sunglasses, so they would give me a refund for that feature when I came to pick them up. Two days later I got another call that another feature (blue light) that I paid for was not available on my normal pair, so they would add this to the refund they already owed me. Well, I go pick up the glasses and the refund amount they tell me in person was about half of the amount I was quoted on the phone. I was told they needed to speak to the person who helped me, who wouldn't be there until the next day. I was told she would call me and get it sorted out. She never called. I had to call back two more additional times over the next week just to get my refund. Shouldn't be that complicated. Not the best experience for a new customer that could be buying glasses from you for the next 20+ years.

I've been going to Eagle Vision for years and have always been happy with the staff and doctors. Everyone is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. The appointments are efficient, and I always feel well taken care of. It's great to have a place I can trust for my eye care!

My son has autism and needed an eye exam for school. Dr. Stewart and all of the staff were very supportive, patient, and kind. The visit went much better than I anticipated and I am thankful for their service. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their eyes.

I went in today to get some new glasses and everyone was so freaking sweet! I wish I would've gotten names but it was everyone who was working Nov 5th. I brought my baby in with me too and everybody was so sweet to him which meant a lot. Give everyone a raise, everybody should come here for their glasses they have a sweet vibe, VERY patient, & super profeshhh thanks everybody !

I have been meaning to get a pair of glasses for a little now and so I went into Eagle vision to see what my options were! Lucky for me I had the help of an amazing and extremely knowledgeable employee named Lindsey who found me the perfect pair and was able to order them! I am very excited to use for nights when I don't wanna wear contacts!
