Eyemart Express

This place is so professional and amazing. The whole process took about 45 minutes and I was able to get my glasses an hour after and I absolutely love them. The staff is kind and they know what they're talking about. This will be my place to get my glasses for the foreseeable future.

I am an optical lab technician, and work for another optical company. I wanted to try Eyemart Express out, and I was very impressed by their employees and my glasses were well made. I came in on the 23rd, and my sunglasses were done the next day. I was told my glasses would be done in about two weeks; it took a week. I know how difficult it can be to work in this field; I know the pressures from a customer service standpoint and from the standpoint of making management happy, and I know the challenges the lab technicians face too. On top of this, all of it was done during the holidays. I hope that the employees of the Layton Eyemart Express store are recognized for their professionalism, hard work and kindness. My glasses are excellent, thank you.

My daughter broke her glasses early Saturday morning and I was panicking because she needed a new pair by Sunday to be able to drive and work. I called several same day glasses places and was told her prescription was to high to be able to get them the same day. I called Eyemart Express and they told me they would be able to get her glasses the same day. Customer service was top notch. I had 2 pairs of glasses ready in 17 minutes! Definitely will be returning.

We are so impressed with the experience that we had buying our glasses. We met with Dallin at the Layton office and he went above and beyond to help us find the right choice for us. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. He definitely made the whole experience perfect.

I was sold some eyeglass frames a year ago in hopes to put in a prescription in them after a year so my insurance would pay for them. I went in to get prescriptions put in them and was told that they couldn't put prescriptions on them per they were safety glasses. I asked them why I was sold these frames per them knowing I could not put a prescription in them. The employee and manager both told me that the employee who sold them to me no longer works there and that there is nothing they can do about it. They were very unapologetic and not concerned whatsoever with trying to help me out with this dilemma and just told me to have a good day. The lack of empathy that I use my insurance and hard earned money to buy some frames under false pretenses and for a manager to not try to solve a problem but just tell me to bad and have a nice day is ridiculous. My family will never buy another pair of glasses or contacts again from a store who will not attempt to fix problems from a bad employees decision to sell something that I cannot use.

Very happy with the quick, friendly, and helpful service of both the eye exam office and the store. I had my exam appointment and my new glasses in hand in slightly over an hour. Most of that time was spent by me deciding what frame I would like. I've very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them for anyone that needs a pair of new glasses.

Wow I was so pleased with everything. I had no idea that I was going to be able to pick out frames and get my glasses within 2 hours. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I need anything.
