Fantastic experience! Dr. King is kind, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to explain everything. Couldn't ask for better care! So happy we found Dr. King he's been my family optometrist for years. The staff is friendly, efficient, and truly cares about patients. 10/10 recommend!

I made an appt today for an urgent eye infection with my new insurance & they were amazing. The woman in the office (Once I figure out her name i will update) is amazing. She was so kind & patient while we discussed my new insurance plan. She assured me I would get seen & provided such a positive attitude. Definitely will return for my next eye prescription based on her customer service. l

They were truly amazing! Upbeat, down to earth, patient, funny- everything. I usually don't care to leave reviews but they really went above and beyond and I felt like I just had to. They got me in super quick, provided me with all the tools I need to order anything I may need. The exam was super affordable (with my insurance at least, I'm not sure what the out of pocket cost is) they even offered me a discount on something insurance didn't cover simply because I have a mission call and they wanted to support service. I could tell they all knew what they were doing and were happy doing it. Dr Potts was thorough, gentle and efficient. Overall great experience, great people and great services. I look forward to coming back as needed for any and every eye service I may need.

The staff were very pleasant. Kind and knowledgeable. Dr. King was amazing. I have seen eye doctors for over 30 years and he was very knowledgeable and able to explain things well. This was my first time there but not my last I really enjoyed these guys. All state of the art tech machines they use very fast and efficient. Able to help with those hard to make prescription changes if wanted. I would recommend everyone to them.

Had a really solid experience at my eye appointment, everything from start to finish was smooth, and the staff made it super comfortable. Cara was especially great, super friendly, easy to talk to, and just quietly awesome at what she does. She kept things relaxed but still professional, which I really appreciated. Dr. King was also great clear, thorough, and easygoing. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about making sure you're taken care of. And shoutout to Kariann too she was really kind and helpful, made the whole check-in and follow-up feel easy and organized. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to.

Dr. King and his staff are efficient, friendly, and world-class providers of vision care. Dr. King answered my questions. He treated me like a valuable patient and a personal friend. I am at ease while receiving exams. Several years ago, when Dr. King moved his practice from Orem to Pleasant Grove, (which is quite a distance from my home,) I knew I would travel the extra distance to remain under his care. He is that good!

Dr. King at Timpanogos Vision Center is great. He was professional and knowledgeable. He took the extra time to figure out my particular situation. He talked me through all my options and helped me understand my treatment plan. And the front office staff was the best. They were courteous and efficient. They bent over backwards to accommodate my emergency and schedule. When I arrived they were so kind, I felt comfortable instantly. I'm really grateful I found Timpanogos Vision Center.

Great experience here! Doc is way nice and chill and it was such a quick and easy process! I was able to get my testing done and contacts ordered quick. Definitely coming back!
