Dr. Smith is a pleasure to work with. He is professional and makes the experience enjoyable. He answered all my questions and helped me easily determine the best path for my vision. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Both my wife and I had to get new glasses we went to the same same Eye Center that we did for years with Dr. Hardy. It was sad to hear that he retired and sold off his business to Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith is a nice enough guy, but with both me and my wife, we have progressive lenses And both of us have had to use our old glasses in that our prescriptions were wrong. I don't feel like this is a good Place as it used to be in that the doctor seems to only care with doing skin treatments that were over $4000. I wish there was a good eye doctor out there that actually cared like Dr. Hardy did.

My 9-month-old son got something small stuck in his eye. Dr. Smith was very quick and responsive to help us address the situation. Dr. Smith is very gentle and kind. My son didn't cry the entire time and once the item was taken out he started clapping for the doctor. The office is clean and organized. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. If you're new to the valley this would be a great new Eye Doctor.

I had the absolute best experience at South Valley Eyecare, above and beyond any I have ever had in my 20 years of seeing optometrists. Dr Smith is kind, charismatic, and thorough. He took the time to explain to me what we were actually looking at and what is going on with my eyes, which is something I've never experienced before and appreciated so much. All the staff were wonderful in answering my questions with insurance and helping me select frames and contacts. Highly, highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Smith. He is not only an excellent eye-doctor, but a kind, friendly, and great person. I have been coming to this eye-doctor since I was 3. When I was a kid, I came to see him after scratching my eye, and he wanted to check on it again the next morning. So, he met us at the office on a Saturday morning, his day off, just to make sure my eye was okay. He goes above and beyond to provide his patients the best possible care, and it is clear that he loves what he does. I always enjoy going in for my yearly eye exam, because Dr. Smith somehow makes it fun. He is super friendly and kind, and always asks how my life is going, and seems to genuinely care. He is also clearly very smart and knows what he is talking about, and answers all my questions with clarity and kindness. Dr. Smith is the perfect combination of professional, funny, and kind. If you're looking for an eye doctor, you won't find a better one.

I was so impressed with Dr. Smith. He took the time to explain the health of my eyes. He was very thorough in his exam. The prescription for my contacts is the best one I've had. I'm seeing better than ever! I attribute that to Dr. Smith taking the time to get my prescription as accurate as possible. Dr. Smith is also good with kids. My son had a great experience and was given a good education about wearing contacts and how to take care of them. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an Optometrist that cares about his patients. The staff is also friendly and helpful!

The whole office is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and personable. The staff is always warm and professional. Dr. Smith is extremely patient and kind. He takes the time to make sure you understand everything he is saying. He does an excellent job of making you feel comfortable and like all your concerns are addressed. I highly recommend them!
