I just had an appointment with Dr. Gibson and I cannot say enough good things. He was kind, informative, and truly took his time explaining everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
The girls who helped me pick out my frames were just as wonderful. They were patient, helpful, and made the whole process fun and easy instead of overwhelming. I don't think I've ever received such amazing customer service at an eye appointment before.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. I highly recommend them!

Dr Gibson took the time to talk to me, explain the health of my eyes and how they relate to eye conditions that affect my whole family. He made sure to spend the time helping me with my progressive Rx AND my computer Rx (which I use 75% of the time) so I don't have to fight so much with eye pain and not being able to see when I need to read, look across the room or drive down the street.

Not a very good experience. Went to two different stores. First store my appointments could not be kept because the doctor never showed up to work. The other location, the doctor checked my eyes, but because their machine was in disrepair they could not make my glasses. I had to go back to the first storeto get my glasses made. I would probably opt to go to a competitor next time.
