Dr. Stella Chou and her staff are amazing. Dr. Chou really knows her stuff and helped my mother with her detached retina. My mother went to another Ophthalmologist and they overlooked her detached retina. Her eye issues continued to bother her so she went to Dr. Chou for a second opinion. Immediately Dr. Chou noticed the issue and right away she had surgery to repair her eye. My Mom owes her sight to Dr. Chou. The entire staff was able to easily help me navigate my complex insurance as well!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic doctor! Dr Stella Y. Chou is wonderful, she cares for her patients. Her communication and compassion along with her outstanding medical skills are incredible and inspiring. I highly recommend her!

Hormone replacement therapy is first class. Dr. Chou is super knowledgeable and customizes dosage based on lab work and symptoms, NOT just the "normal" dose that every women gets. This is a game changer. Also, the specific hormones used are safer and more effective. It took me about 6 months to find this specialized care and it has saved my life. Women should do more research on HRT since much of the old/existing knowledge on the subject is either incorrect, overly scary, and generally leaves women to just suffer. Hormones are life... you are worth taking care of your health and not just being put on a shelf. Dr. Stella Chou will help you!

Worst experience ever! These people are only out for your money! The main doctor has called my phone, harassed and threatened me about bills I have already paid! She was hostile and rude! Going here was the worst experience! Their inconvenient hours on top of their money hungry practices ruined what should have been an easy experience. Even after I paid all ny bills they told me my prescription expired after all the trouble I went through so all the money went down the drain! Never go here!

Stella Chow is a hustler. She promised to update my eyeglass prescription for $45 after we discussed that she doesn't take ANY insurance. I said ok I'll go to Costco. Stella Chow insisted I come in. Like many of her reviewers, it took a really long time. I paid my $45 and left with my prescription. Done deal right? Nope, a short time later Stella Chow hit me with a bill for $540. She apparently tried to run my old medical insurance for a diabetic eye exam. I'm not nor have I ever been diabetic. I tried to call her on this and she has doubled down and sent me to collections. Stella I'm really looking forward to my day in court. Once I have your fraudulent behavior on the public record, I think DOPL and BBB will be very interested. By the way a consent form from 2017 is not a lifetime contract. You need one for each visit. Stella Chow is a scammer, hustler, and general charlatan. STAY AWAY!

I was visiting family in Sandy UT from Arizona and had an eye issue. All the ophthalmologists we tried were booked for months. Recognizing it was an emergency, Dr. Chou scheduled an immediate appointment for me even though she was short staffed during the holidays. Her care was excellent and my eye issue resolved immediately.

Made me wait an hour. This lady is stretched too thin with two businesses in one office. And she's the one that got mad at me for calling after hours where she had to schedule my appt and not her receptionist. Like why you answer the phone then?

Don't go. Save yourself the trouble and find a different ophthalmologist. The place looks like a deserted strip mall and they are completely disorganized. Felt like I walked into 1998. Dr. Stella Chou was chewing gum while talking to me. I set up an appointment for surgery then Becky called me 15 min before my appointment to tell me I'd be responsible for 100% of the surgery charge. When I asked what that amount was, they couldn't give me a straight answer. I wish I would have gone elsewhere from the start. Didn't feel safe going through with the surgery here and glad I didn't.
