DR. West is my eye care doctor for years now. Sad to hear he is retiring going to miss him. Hope they will find someone as great as him.He is very professional, answers all my questions and makes sure my contacts or glasses are correct and fits comfortably. I'm very happy to of found a great eye doctor that cares and goes above and beyond for his patients to achieve the best vision possible. I really appreciate the team there. They always make my visits a great experience. Cindy thanks for making sure my insurance was billed correctly and letting me know about the rebate for my contacts. You made sure I was getting the best price i could. Dr. Stromness too is another great eye doctor there. He is one of my other family members eye care physician as well. All of you are so nice, helpful, and friendly. Thanks again for all that you do. You are all amazing!

Of the doctors, I've only met Dr. West, but I have been very pleased with Eye Care solutions. Not only have I come here for years, but I bring my family as well. The quality and consistency of care is something I value, as well as the demeanor of the doctor and the ability to explain to me what I am experiencing when having problems with my eyes. The treatment has been effective every time. I also appreciate the front staff being well-informed on products, brands, trends, and what's coming into market or being phased out. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an eye care professional to give this office a try!

I have been a patient of Dr. West's for many years. He has always done a fantastic job fitting my contacts and addressing my vision needs. He will continue working with me until he gets the contact lens fitting perfectly. even if it takes a few weeks of fine tuning. I have always been satisfied. The last pair of contacts I bought are the best I've ever had. He suggested a new brand which have improved stability. For someone who has severe astigmatism, my vision is consistently good, even when my eyes are tired. I've sent many friends to Dr. West, and they have all been very satisfied.

I suffer from chronic dry eye and I've been prescribed medications for it before, but they are expensive. I was so impressed with Dr. West's ability to listen and actually give me natural solutions that will help since I can't afford medication right now. I even waited 4 months to provide a review to ensure that his natural prescription worked and it really helps. He is a great listener and is up to date on eye care technology.

Dr. West and the office staff were amazing! Very professional, very thorough and knowledgeable! The office staff answered all of my questions each time I called in and gave me additional information that I didn't know I didn't know. Dr. West was incredible! Very good in taking him time, yet moving through the exam as a good pace as well. His explanations and tips he gave to my daughter about how to put in contacts did the trick and she can now put them in herself (NEVER has been able to before).

Dr West is the most competent eye doctor I've ever had. I have complex eyes with a very high prescription and he is the only one I have found that can get my prescription correct. I have been to other doctors, once when my insurance changed and then again when I moved out of town, and the other doctors couldn't even get my prescription close to what it was supposed to be. Now, no matter what insurance I have I will still go to Dr. West. I told him at my last visit that he was never allowed to retire!! You don't have to wait weeks for an appointment and his staff are all so sweet. I highly recommend Eye Care Solutions!!

I highly recommend Dr West. My family has been patients of his for over 20 years. Dr West diagnosed my daughter with a rare disorder in her eye which would have caused her to loose her eyesight permanently if left untreated. Had she not been diagnosed and treated as early as she was, her condition would have been irreversible. He saved her eyesight! Dr West always takes the time to be thourough and more complete than most doctors. He cares more about just getting the right prescription- he checks for the health of the eye and gives careful preventative care. He treats us like family and always takes the time to answer questions, helps give tips to my kids (new contact wearers) and is very knowledgeable about the newest and best care.Your eyes deserve the best care- and this is what you will get from Dr West!

Friendly Staff, nice selection of quality eye wear. Dr. West and Dr. Stromness are personable and thorough professionals. Ready to answer any questions, and explain any procedure so you can make an educated decision about your eye care. They have contact fitting also. Great place to take the family for eye exams, etc.
