The team was helpful, understanding and compassionate about my situation and type of need for services. They made a first time experience for vision testing for my daughter a moment where her nerves were eased. Dr. Leishman is professional, caring and has his patients well being in mind. Looking forward to working with them.

I will never return to this office again ! Today 3/4 requested a copy of my contact lens prescription. I was told via text message "I will give you the heads up, however, that typically, our contact prescriptions are valid for one year, and since your last appointment was 4/10/26, Dr. Leishman may not approve the finalization. I'll let you know if that's the case." I don't appreciate being told you may with hold my contact prescription because I'm requesting a copy of it more than a month prior than it expires. This highly illegal and unprofessional! Everyone needs to beaware of how they treat their patients/ customers.

Lumina Vision is a fantastic optometrist option. Doctor Leishman is very patient and thorough. He explains insurance plan options well and answered my questions in a kind and understanding way. I felt like I had all the knowledge I needed to choose what was right for me. I really appreciated that I didn't feel pressured to choose one option over another. The office assistants are also very kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

I picked this place at random and was pleasantly surprised! I aged out of my insurance and now have Medicaid and I was happy they were able to take it! I was also lucky there was a same day appointment available for me to come in. I had a horrible experience earlier this year getting my contact/eye glasses prescription at an eye mart express. It was completely wrong and they didn't want to fix it for me. I came in with low expectations but was surprised with how nice and informative the ladies were that helped me check in and fill out my paperwork. The Doctor was also very kind, gentle, and thorough with his exam. Even after getting my prescription done he did adjustments to make sure it was 100% right. Any questions I had he answered and he actually looked over my health record you have to fill out and talked about certain things that can lead to bad eye health based off of what I filled out. The extra time he spent examining my eyes and making sure my eye health was good was also really reassuring! I always go to one stop places for eye exams and glasses but I will be making sure to come here for the thoroughness. If you live in the valley or aren't worried about the drive I would highly recommend this place! The only downside was the wait even after I arrived for my appointment time but knowing how thorough the doctor is then the wait wasn't a problem at all. As I live in southern Utah I couldn't purchase glasses or contacts with them since the timeframe for pick up would've required another road trip but if you live in the valley I suggest going with them!

Staff was phenomenal, all very kind and friendly. My eye exam was very thorough and the results were communicated with me in a very professional and gentle manner. 5 stars, will definitely be back here for my future eye checkups!

I'm new to vision difficulties. The staff was incredibly helpful. Dr Leishman took extra time with me, and I had a lot of help learning how to put in contacts from the vision specialist.

The staff was very quick to acknowledge me and get me into my appointment Within just a minute or two. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The doctor was thorough and answered any questions that I had.
