My experience at Progressive Eye Care was second-to-none. It has been years since I've had an eye exam, because I've felt like my eye doctors in the past didn't really care about me as a patient and it was always a rush to get in and out. Dr. Ana Schroeder handled my visit with the finesse and care of a well-trained professional but also someone who knows what they're talking about and truly cares about educating her clients. I've never learned something new at an eye appointment before today, and I did from listening to Dr. Schroeder! I feel more equipped than ever to manage my own eye health, thanks to the team at Progressive Eye Care.

I had a great experience at PEC. Very short wait to be taken to exam room and then for the Dr. The Dr was quick and skilled with my exam, as was the tech who did the additional exam.
Spencer was friendly and helpful, very fun to work with.
I would have left with an order for a couple pair of glasses, but the cost was prohibitive.

I highly recommend visiting Dr. Ana Schroeder -- she is thorough, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy to work with. Her wonderful bedside manner and attention to detail make every appointment a great experience.
I also suggest working with Olivia to fill your prescription and choose your next pair of glasses. She is extremely knowledgeable about the wide range of options and products available. Best of all, she's not a salesperson -- she's a true professional who focuses on your needs, circumstances, and preferences.

The first time we went, the doctors were absolutely great. But this time the staff ruined the whole experience. I scheduled here because we have been here before and I had no issues with booking except for a longer lead time to get into the office. The only appointment I was able to secure was directly after my kids got out of school so we rushed all the way from Murray to our appointment all for them to tell us once we arrived that they probably did not take our insurance (yes, probably. They did not even fully check in into our insurance or seemed to even know how to verify the insurance information.) They said that when we booked, they weren't sure of our insurance status but instead of mentioning something at the time they said that they do a "courtesy check" For eligible insurance upon showing up to the appointment. Not only is this so stupid and counter-intuitive, but it's called doing your job, making sure that you accept insurance prior to booking the appointment. Not when people arrive. It's also not a "courtesy check". No one charges a fee to make sure that their insurance is eligible or in network. So a colossal waste of time and such unprofessional front desk staff.
