Wow! Linda and staff exceeded my expectations! I brought my favorite frames in to have filled with a new prescription. I had them in three business days and the tint and progressive lenses were perfect. Linda's shop has some of the most beautiful and unique frames that I've seen. Her prices are the best and she came in lower than others in town without compromising quality. I will be returning soon to buy more frames! I was strongly satisfied with the owner's attitude, professional advice, and sincere heart towards customer's needs. She let me try contact lenses' samples and change several times for free. I've never get treated like this generosity. Also I felt very comfortable to get her advice and talk with her. She is not the owner who is stuck into money or profits. She enjoys her job and helping people. She has an open-minded, enthusiastic heart toward no matter who she met. I am actually the foreigner here. She gave me wonderful impression about Utah people. The store is amazing! The staff even more amazing! The service and products surpass any we've found anywhere!! Don't even question going to any other place - go to Dixie Optical for all your eye needs. I know I sound like a commercial, but seriously, I rarely write reviews. I was compelled to write this one! The care and service we have received have been truly phenomenal. My husband has a difficult prescription, plus had a severely detached retina. He is seeing better than the docs thought he could -- all because Dixie Optical took the time to make sure he had the best chance at seeing that he could. Thanks, Dixie Optical!

Dixie Optical is AMAZING! Lynda and her staff are very knowledgable, and they have a great selection. I had problem after hours, and they worked me in and got me taken care of. Can't say they will always do that, but I know that they will do whatever they can, whenever they can!
