I had a great experience with Lens Crafters in the Red Cliff Mall in St. George, Utah. I had an appointment for an eye exam and I wanted new glasses. Everyone treated me well. Dr. Hunsaker answered all my questions with easy to understand explanations during the exam and was pleasant to work with. After the exam, Susan helped with fitting me with new glasses. She really cared about how well the glasses fit and would work for me. It was by far the best experience I've had in getting the right frames and fitting done. She explained all the options for lenses so I could easily make my choices. I didn't feel rushed at all and was able to get the glasses I wanted.

The doctor who performed my eye exam far exceeded standard expectations. His thoroughness, expertise and professionalism was the best I have ever had. He explained medical issues that were evident in my eyes that helped me work out a much better health plan with my general practitioner. This was not a routine "get them in and out as quick as possible" exam. This doctor actually cared about my condition and took the time to explain my issues thoroughly and completely. I know where I will be going from here on out.
