I took my mother in for her yearly check-up appointment, and I was very impressed with the staff and Dr. Richens. Mother needed to take a pill, and my mouth was very dry. I asked if there was a vending machine where we could buy some water. They offered to just bring us some. They not only brought us water, they also brought us a bowl of water for my service dog.
They were very patient and conversed with my mother about how things were going from past conversations. I felt like the Dr. really knew and cared for my mother. I could see why mother has enjoyed going to her see doctor for so many years.

Dr. Sharon Richens is absolutely fantastic, a true Master in her field, and a joy to talk with as well!
I have been to other eye doctors in town and they aren't even relatively close in any regard. I only say that because I have had eye/eyelid issues in the past and can actually compare. Probably why I feel so well taken care of when I see Dr. Richens! Of which, I have seen 3 times now and each visit has been consistently positive in every regard.

Just want to share an experience I had with Doctor Lister, I went in for my eye exam and found out that cataracts were forming. I asked him what my options were and he took the time to explain to me all my options. With him taking the time to explain all of them I now find myself able to have 20/20 vision again after wearing glassy for over 20 years! Thanks for taking the time Doctor for this miracle!
