Eyemart Express

Such nonsense. I arrived for my 2 pm optometrist appointment at 1:30. I was greeted by an employee and told him why I was there. He suggested I look at some frames while I waited. I responded by holding up my glasses case and stated "already have them." He smiled and said "you'll be easy, then." 55 minutes later, the same guy asks me if I've been helped. I explained again that I had a 2 pm appointment. He stepped into the optometrist "area" and said she's ready for you, but with some odd apprehension or something... I went to the window and the girl asks me again, "how can I help you?" For the final time, I state that I have a 2pm appointment (it's 2:25) She asks me my name and wants to check me in and get my insurance information, which I was asked for and provided when I made the appointment. It's 2:25, I've been there almost an hour and now we're going to ask me these questions. I politely told her that it seemed like this could have been done an hour ago and that "I think I'm just going to go." She said , "are you sure?" To which I responded (still politely) "it's not your fault, I'm just going to go." On my way out, I said to the two employees in the lobby, "Hey guys, I think I'm gonna get out of here." No one asked me any questions, no one tried to resolve anything... hell no one even looked at me. But, on my way out, the same guy who talked to me twice, said "have a great rest of your day." Really? I don't think the optometrist was even there. No customers had entered or exited the exam area the entire time I was there... I think the employees were aware of this and were maybe trying to awkwardly cover?? No idea. What a bizarre experience and complete waste of time.

I was really impressed with eyemart today. I bought meta glasses a few weeks back and took them to my optometrist for corrective lenses. They wouldn't do it. I went to eyemart express. They did it in 52 minutes and they are great. I think I found a new place for glasses.

This is the 1st time I've used Eyemart Express!! Excellent experience all around. I walked in a few minutes before closing and Michael greeted me. I apologized for it being so late and he kept reassuring me, no rush. I told him what I was looking for. With Michaels recommendations, I picked out 2 pair of glasses within 10 minutes. Handed him my prescription and he wrote things up. I returned the next day to pick up my sunglasses and with other pair will be ready in a few days. It took 51 minutes to make my prescription sunglasses. The time was impressive but even more than fast sunglasses, the customer service I received from "MICHAEL" was completely perfection! Best experience I've ever had purchasing glasses. SUPERB SERVICE, get your glasses here!!

Great environment and very personable! I was haven't the greatest day that day before I went to go get my child and I glasses. Eyemart express made my whole day and the rest of my day better! I'm going to recommend my friends and family to Eyemart Express here in Saint George utah. Great vibes through and through! Thank you so much for making my life just a bit easier to keep going!!! Friendly staff but when I picked my order up it was busy and I would have liked to talk with an expert about them. My 1st pair in 12 years and I am home training to get used to them. I may go back to not Eye Dr. and ask about the left eye prescription. After spending over $600.00 on one pair I was hoping to talk with one of there Drs. But it is what it is. It's not as easy when my eye Dr doesn't fill prescriptions. Anyway they were nice and filled my prescription fast. Maybe to fast

We have been getting our frames and lenses with EyeMart now for almost 3 years. The staff is helpful and professional, but also treat you personally with kind and understanding help! We will choose this store every time for purchase of our glasses! Joey is an incredible Manager and the other staff is excellent as well! Thanks for all your help these past few years!

Excellent experience at Eyemart. I had been going to my previous place for almost a decade but insurance made me change. Service was great, tons of options, and the same day lab was really cool for my normal set of glasses. That pair was ready in almost 2 hours. My other set had to be sent away because of all the options I added on, but it was ready within a couple of days rather than 2 weeks. As a measure of quality, one employee actually took an extra minute to check some of the details on the lenses because of how fast it was made--something I appreciated greatly. I'll be back!

We had a very positive experience at Eyemart Express. Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us choose two appropriate eyeglass frames and was able to educate us on the processes used at Eyemart Express for making lenses.
