When I walked into the office I was greeted by friendly staff and taken on a quick tour of the business. I have never had a tour before but it was helpful and greatly appreciated! The staff worked well together always taking care to clarify my needs and following up by communicating them to the doctor!
Before seeing the eye doctor I was asked my preference for better doctor-patient communications. I prefer clear communications with pertinent details and that is how the doctor tailored my visit.
Another first for me was that the Optician interacted appropriately as I tried on eyeglasses and definitely made my decisions easier. I have found my perfect vision clinic!

The crew there, from the receptionist to the top, were all excellent. They all made me feel welcome and appreciated. The exam was much more thorough than I've experienced at any budget optometrist. They even identified a dry eye issue that I had been unaware of.

Edit: I just got glasses myself here as well as my children. Paradise canyon was amazing. Kim I believe is her name was very informative and patient with all three of us again. They worked really well with us and even offered a payment plan. Beyond happy with this center. Taking preventive care in my daughter's eye sight as well to lessen the progressive eye problem she is having. Staff is amazing!! Highly recommend. Second visit
My daughter just got glasses within the year and she is pretty rough on them and it's a learning process. Paradise canyon eye care really went above and beyond for us today. I am completely happy with them and their willingness to help as well as go above and beyond. Highly recommend.
