Red Cliffs Eye Center

After having a bad experience at another eye center I was very happy with the experience here. I actually felt heard and we found a good solution to my struggles right away. I highly recommend red cliffs eye center for your eye needs. Caring, patient and actually solve your issues.

My wife and I had our first visit with Dr. Gibb. It was a great experience enjoyed by both of us. We heard more about the health of our eyes than we ever have. Dr. Gibb was very informative. The rest of the office staff was also wonderful. We didn't feel pressured or pushed at all to make immediate decisions. The office staff took extra time with us explaining what our insurance covers and what to expect when we do make our purchase...and we will be going back! Good job Red Cliffs Eye Center!!!

I found Dr. Graf on google. Number 3 . He has been amazing! I haven't been to a reputable eye Dr. For several years. He immediately noticed that I was not using my contacts as required. He has taken his time to figure out my situation. In his exam he found some troubling news, things I was completly unaware of. Of which required him to communicate with another Dr. I see regularly. He contacted the doctor immediately following my eye exam. We are on track to make some major changes and I'm very grateful to Dr Graf for that.

I really liked the front desk staff and the Doctor. So start with the positive. However the person doing the glasses was not very helpful. My insurance offers free frames and $35 deductible on lenses. She did offer me the free frames but wanted me to pay $250 for the lenses. I know this isn't right so I asked her to double check. She says she did and it was about 250. I took the script and went to a different optometrist and got the price I'm supposed to get. But this shouldn't happen. Otherwise, nice place to be. Know your deductibles prior to going in.

I scratched my eyeball, and needed an appointment as soon as possible. They got me in on exceptionally short notice. The doctor had to cut dead tissue out of my eyeball which gave me an anxiety attack. The doctor was patient with me, and took his time. He was very gentle with the procedure, and explained what he was doing as he went. The procedure itself was pain free, and was much easier on me than it sounds. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I will use them in the future, and will recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Graf cared for my son who had an eye trauma. Care is the key word that describes the service we received. He is so knowledgeable and thorough with his examinations and managed to take the fear out of the testing processes. He exceeded any expectations that I had. He's quality, through and through! I highly recommend Dr. Graf and am so grateful for his care.

My mother has used Dr. Graf for several years now and up until today we were pleased. She needed new glasses and the "prescription" was horrible. We complained right away about the glasses not being right and she could not see out of them and question why he took the prescription out of the left lens... his answer made zero sense and she needs it in order to read with BOTH eyes! When we asked for them to fix it we were told it will take her 2 1/2 weeks to get used to it.. she tried for 1 week and we asked again that they fix the problem. We were told they were going to charge more $$ which we felt we should not have to pay as it was NOT our error it was theirs. As a result we are going to no longer use this office and will get a 2nd opinion from another doctor. They could have resolved this by fixing the ERROR but insisted it was correct for my mother which it was NOT as she was UNABLE to read out of them!!!

I think Dr Graf is a wonderful Dr. I suffered with dry eye for 7 years. I couldn't see well enough to drive & the pressure in my eyes was getting high from the steroids my Dr had me on. I moved to St George last October & found Dr Graf! By February I was back to driving & my eyes didnt hurt at all! I will be forever grateful to him!
