Southwest Vision is amazing!! Right when I walked in with my daughter for her appointment they were ready for us and we didn't have to wait at all. The assistant Carrie was so kind and took such good care of my daughter during the tests. Dr. Drake was sweet and made everything so fun. He also explained everything so we could both understand what was going on within the appointment, and what had changed with my daughter's vision. I would highly recommend this office.

I've been with Dr. Gooch for years, and he is the best. He cares about his patients, and is very professional and knowledgeable. He was solo when I started seeing him as a patient, and now he has two great doctors with him at Southwest Vision. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Southwest Vision to anyone who needs top notch eye care. I cannot say enough about their awesome Estheticians who take care of my dry eye treatments. They have quite a menu of services. It's a one stop shop, great eye care and skin care.

I picked Southwest Eye Center from the phone book. They seemed to fit my needs. I was not disappointed! Their team was knowledgeable and efficient. Every step of the way what was happening and why was thoroughly explained to me. I was very appreciative of that as I did have questions. But never had to ask them. The office was extraordinary, comfortable seating, attractively arranged, quite restful and inviting. The front desk was pleasant and very helpful. The Dr took time to explain my test results and give helpful advice. I recommend this office to anyone wanting a pampered experience.

Right off, Front desk Staff friendly, and, SO are the techs, very thorough, knowledgeable, and moved us thru check up process in timely manner. And, Dr. Drake is the best, explains things so good! We know we are in good hands, in keeping our eyes, healthy!

I am from out of state and was worried about an eye condition. The staff immediately did everything to welcome me and make me feel comfortable! Stephanie gave me several eye tests. She was so friendly and very professional. She clearly explained every test as we went. You are lucky to have her. Dr. Drake never acted rushed and cared about my concerns. He explained everything and his recommendations for further treatment. He was very patient with all my questions. Thank you, Southwest Vision for a great visit!

I went in for an exam not really expecting anything and was so happy with the amazing service I got and felt like I was not rushed at all. The front desk, nurses, and Doctor Drake were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful and breaking everything down and explaining it well. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a place to go.
