Dr. Barlow gave me the best eye exam I've had in years, if not my whole life. Much, much, much better than America's best. He's also very knowledgeable and addressed my allergy/dry eye issues with contacts.
They offer a 1 year warranty on glasses for $40 which I think is a steal and will keep me coming back especially when the 2 pairs cost me $400. $80 extra is well worth it. However Caleb explains the warranty as being a one time use and the rest of the staff explains it as a one year and honor it as a one year so not sure what that was about.

We love coming to the Walmart Vision Center in Syracuse! Dr. Barlow is very kind and takes the time to explain exactly what he is checking out with each test. Dr. Barlow and the assistants at this optical center were outstanding during my visit in March of 2021! He took the time to do a thorough eye examination for me. He answered all of my questions, and provided what I feel is a very accurate and helpful eye prescription for glasses. Then his assistants took the time to work with me and help me select a nice pair of eyeglasses. This wasn't easy for them because of the COVID-19 precautions, but they were patient, kind, and helpful. They also offer all of the available options for lenses, including high quality Nikon lenses. I highly recommend this great little optometry shop!

Fantastic customer service! Jana helped me today, and not only was she fun and easy to talk to, she was incredibly helpful. I got contacts through them, and then when I wanted to order glasses online, not even from her store, she spent a good five minutes talking me through the process and taking measurements that would help me get the best fit. Seriously went above and beyond. :)

WOW!! truly EXCELLENT customer service!!. My elderly mother received an eye prescription in another state that was not correct and her new glasses were not fitting like they should. This eye center recognized right away that her glasses were off on measurements right away. They made time for her and listened carefully to what she was needing. Great place to get an exam and glasses!!

Bought contacts through them and I honestly wish I wouldn't have. I have had multiple rip super fast and 1800 contacts will just send you a new one when that happens. This place really questioned me and was willing to replace them once and said they can never do it again... so when they rip right out of the package it's just too bad. I won't order them from here again.
