This location has the best customer service! We live closer to the Draper location, but I find the people who work here to be more personable and efficient. Make an appointment if you can, but if you need to be a walk in they are pretty fast. It was about an hour on my last visit without an appointment.

As a customer, I expect transparency, accuracy, and professionalism--especially from a state agency. At this location, I was charged before all licensing requirements were clearly disclosed. After paying and passing a test, I was informed only afterward that an additional driving skills test was required. There was also an incorrect charge on my account. When I contacted customer service to address these issues, Heather disconnected the call. I was then escalated to her supervisor, Cara, who was dismissive and showed little concern despite being informed of the situation. This reflects poor communication, weak customer service standards, and a lack of accountability. Customers deserve clear processes and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this location failed to meet those expectations.

Honestly was good service at first, the guy at the front was good but when I went back and the guy voided my driver's license for no reason and now I have to go and get a new one all because he felt like punching holes in mine. Be careful if a "Brighton" is helping you

The state really needs to get their act together. We scheduled an appointment and still waited over an hour. There must have been 10 empty stations. Just unbelievable. Here is an associate we're sitting in front of with obviously more work to do than help out with customer service.

Well, "loved it" is a bit of a stretch, but the experience was so much better than when I got my driver's license. The organization is good, the chairs weren't too uncomfortable, and the workers were surprisingly friendly.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Didn't have to wait at all once I arrived just before my appointment time. Staff was friendly and efficient!

Its 10am like 13 people in line... the meaning of the word appointment here i feel like doesnt mean anything.

This new location is amazing with high technology and future-proof design. Is in the Taylorsville area, not in West Valley. The testing center is openly and clean designed.
