I got in on someone else's canceled appointment. Was 20 min late arriving (it was snowing). They were so welcoming and kind when I arrived.
Then I got the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. The doctor took time to explain everything, and fine tuned my vision with the contacts I was trying.
