We waited less than 2 minutes for our appointment to begin. All the elements of the exam flowed seamlessly together. Dr Pebley is both friendly and efficient. He either remembered or had reviewed past records so that during the exam he asked about past conversations. As always both he and his staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. One of the most unprofessional medical visits I've ever had. The optometrist came across as arrogant and visibly bothered that I was even there. He didn't introduce himself, gave vague directions from the waiting room, then acted condescending when I didn't immediately know where he wanted me to go. During the exam, he seemed uninterested, rushed, and unclear in his explanations, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. After my eyes were dilated, I was left alone in a brightly lit room with my eyes tearing and no instructions at all. Only later did a front desk staff member come in and show me how to turn the light off--something that should never have been overlooked. This visit felt disrespectful, careless, and unnecessarily uncomfortable. I left feeling frustrated and angry instead of helped.

Had a great experience at Legacy Vision Group! Dr. Pebley was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and answer all my questions. His staff were kind and welcoming and patient with me during my contact orientation. They also helped me figure out my insurance information before my appointment and that helped everything go smoothly. I felt quite comfortable in this office and will be telling my friends and family!

I'll start off with the good. I felt all the staff up front were absolutely amazing, super helpful and friendly. I have zero complaints whatsoever with them; however, the "doctor" is absolutely and completely useless, antisocial, and incompetent. I'm a very kind and patient person, takes a lot to offend or upset me but this guy did it quickly. His whole demeanor and lackluster personality and condescending behaviors were to much. I could've tolerated all of this if he had been capable of making me see better when I left his office. But no, twice he got it wrong and miss-quoted a law to me concerning DOT medical card qualifications. So now I'll drive the two hours and pay for another exam from a real doctor and expert in his field.

Legacy vision is one of the best eye clinics I've been to. They helped me with several vision problems I've been experiencing and some numbs on my eyelids. 100 percent recommend them!

I was impressed with the service. The Dr. Was very knowledgeable and explained in detail all questions I had regarding my vision. Would definitely recommend this place.
