I just had my appointment with advance eye care and was met with a very friendly face at the reception desk, who was very efficient and took care of me in a timely manner. My doctor received me also with a very kind and friendly manner. She did all test and explained everything so that I knew what she was doing at all times, they made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend advance eye care to everyone, you want someone to take care of your eyesight right, this is the place to go. Love the providers. Terrible customer service, which let us not kid ourselves that healthcare is sadly an industry.
Sixteen year old doing mid terms, missing a midterm for a visit. We had a mix up with office locations and front end staff refused to write a note cause we will not be seen til Friday.
Penalize the kid for a parent mishap is crazy. I am a provider myself, and would absolutely write a note in the same situation.

I was on my way to their office when a snow storm hit and traffic slowed to a crawl. I called to let them know I would be roughly 15 minutes late to wich they told me they cap late appointments at 10 minutes. This was no short trip for me being that I live an hour away in good travel conditions and i was already most of the way there, and I was turned away. I have always used advanced eye care. They will not see me return.
