All of the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. My appointment was late Friday afternoon and my new glasses will be ready on Monday because they have those lenses in stock. I was treated very well here. The man that got me prepared to see the Doctor was incredible. He was professional and just very helpful. The Doctor was a young lady who educated me by showing me my eye scans and explaining what is going on in there. She relieved my worry that I may have major problems. I can't leave out the ladies at the front desk. They were also very nice and professional. The whole office was clean and presentable. I hope who ever reads this chooses Shippee Family Eye Care!
