My son was having extreme pain in his eye and his old doctor no longer took his insurance. Newport Optical got him in within a day and was able to diagnose and create a plan to help his issue, which fortunately ended up being rather benign, if though painful.
Everyone there was kind and helpful, and I am grateful we now have them for eye care!

The staff are very friendly and honest. They even understand someone who is anxious.
I highly recommend.
Note - I paid out of pocket (no insurance) and although the exchange rate hurt me, their prices are not that steep.

Beautiful office, friendly helpful staff, very efficient and thorough. Dr Hughes was excellent in addressing my complaints.
The follow up was also timely and thorough- new reading glasses were prompt and perfectly prescribed; the office also submitted an insurance request for prior authorization for a medication which was denied pending a trial of covered alternatives. Sabrina kept me informed and arranged samples of the alternative medication with plans to follow up by phone.
