Dr. Austin is the best! He is always willing to take the extra time needed to answer all my questions. Love his calm, professional but not overly formal demeanor and his terrific sense of humor. He is also extremely knowledgable about his profession. Highly recommended.

Dr. Austin makes time fly! I went in for an eye exam yesterday and felt very comfortable in his office and presence, along with his helpful staff. This was my first appointment at PVEC, and I'll definitely be returning. The doctor is very present, highly competent, listens well, and has a good sense of humor. My appointment was for 9:00, and I was seen at 9:00. The office is tastefully cozy, and the office staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Austin is a fantastic practitioner who explains everything carefully and clearly. Gentle care and non-rushed..., so my 'scaredy cat' tendency was assuaged.

Very thorough and complete exam. Dr.Austin was very kind and explained the whole process. The staff at reception and selecting frames were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this practice.
