Best eye doctor I have ever been to. Great customer service, and know what they are talk about and how to explain it to the customer. Initial appointment for exam was a little slow but they were backed up, which happens. Had my glasses within a week and a half and I love them

This was my first time at Myeyedr and it was a very positive experience. Staff are competent, knowledgeable, sensitive, and friendly. Love my new glasses too. Prices are on the high side, but it seems everything costs more these days, so I'm not sure how to judge that.

Marissa is very knowledgeable and helped me to get my new pair of glasses. She is very courteous . I recommend her in selection for your new glasses. Keep up your good work

While traveling through town, Marissa and Dr. Van Dyck took time out of their busy day to help troubleshoot an incorrect contact prescription from another location. Excellent customer service that helped me see for the remainder of my trip!

The staff at MyEyeDr in Williston are wonderful. They take their time with each patient and even help you find the right glasses, etc., with extreme patience in my case lol.

MyEyeDr. in Williston VT was hands down the best! Everyone was super friendly and caring. Ashley was amazing and made my daughter so happy with her kindness. I would 100% recommend them!!!!

I went to Williston Store to have a rubber piece put on the bow of my glasses and a very polite young lady greeted me with a smile and in a jiffy she replaced both changed nose pieces handed em bacons wouldn't take any pay as I had bought them there She's a star to me I wish every one is that accommodating Hey Lynn, how do I send that?

Updated Review as of 9/10/25 : So I spoke to the people I was referred to by the company in order to address this, and decided to bump my review from a 2-Star to a 1-Star. They told me that they would address the situation to the optometrist and get back to me, which never happened. No apology, no updates, it really felt like they didn't care about this incident which is a little more insulting than if the company had just ignored my review here. I came by recently, on a Thursday, to get an eye exam along with new frames and was met with an experience that was uncomfortable enough to make this place difficult to recommend. The good : They have a great selection of brands if you're looking for nicer and fashionable frames, plus the saleswoman walked me through everything that my insurance would cover beforehand so I could make a well-informed choice. The bad : After interacting with the first person who did my vision test, I went in to get my eyes dilated by a woman who soured the whole experience for me. She was very condescending to me, and after seeing my astigmatism, told me that she sees a lot of astigmatisms in "Indian and South American people", and when mentioning that Lasic surgery is possible for correction, said that it's expensive and I'd need to save up for a few years for it... it's $3,000-$4,000... I try not to be the person to assume bad intention but I just want to get an eye exam without wondering if my optometrist is being racially prejudiced towards me, and her tone along with assuming my financial capability of affording Lasic after needlessly pointing out my ethnicity doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence.
