I watched Cary and his wife interact with more than 4 customers while he was cutting some lenses for me, and they both provided honest insight for frame styles that their customers were over the moon about. As someone who is very into bespoke glasses, their selection is very impressive and meticulously curated. The lenses they cut for me were perfect. Thank you both for being so great!

I really cannot say enough good things about Eyes on Elm. I visited the shop last year while on our annual visit to Woodstock, after staring into the windows for years. Cary was so kind and helpful, and immediately was able to identify the type of glasses that would be a good fit for me. I have a small pupillary distance and a small nose/ smaller head, so I have struggled with finding glasses that fit my face. Cary helped me to find my perfect pair and was able to have them sent to me at home in RI within a few days. Last week, I needed a new prescription and after sending my glasses and the new prescription to Cary , I had my glasses back in less than 3 business days! Cary is so kind and helpful, he even replaced my case and tightened up my glasses. He even included the cutest little bottle of VT maple syrup with the order . I cannot wait to buy another pair when I visit this fall.- there are so many cool frames it is really hard to choose! There is nothing that compares to the personalized service and attention that Eyes on Elm provides, I highly recommend!

We were in for the weekend from out of state and dropped in never expecting to absolutely fall in love with this shop, but we did! The selection was outstanding which made narrowing down my choice so hard because I loved so many. Ultimately, Cary helped me dial in two pairs of glasses and we fitted them on the spot. I sent him my prescription and in a few weeks they arrived. They are perfect and arrived safely with the kindest note. I will be back. I have now purchased two fabulous eyeglasses from this establishment. The customer service is outstanding. They'll help you find what's best for you in a fun and efficient way. The owners are very personable and welcoming. The treatment I received here was miles above larger, more "mainstream" businesses. Even though the locale is small, their eyeglass selection is beyond unique, the pieces definitely make statements. I am very happy with my selections and if I find myself in need of new eyeglasses in the future, this is were I'll go!
