Incredibly thankful. We just recently moved to Accomack two months ago, and I had a small emergency. When I called Accomac Optometric Center the receptionist was very kind, listened, and reassured me that she'd give my concern to the doctor to see if she could squeeze me same day. I got a phone call back in about 30 minutes asking for me to come in immediately. The doctor was so patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. She didn't judge me for the anxiety I was experiencing over the situation. She gave me some samples of drops and helped to put them in. I am very thankful for such great quality and prompt care.

Called the day before my appointment to make sure they took my insurance. Was told "yes we have everything here in the system." I get there only to be told they don't take my insurance and I had driven from chincoteague to get there.
When I asked why I was told that over the phone the one receptionist retorted "I'm not sure but we all know we haven't been accepting that insurance since April so"
Get it together and be more thorough.
