Everyone was so kind! Very attentive and helpful from the moment I walked in - relatable, patient, and honestly, great conversationalists (everything I look for in good customer service - leaving with a smile and laugh is a plus!). Everything was wonderful from scheduling the appointment to speaking with Bree on the phone and in person, to interacting with Donovan and the doctor on site during the visit, everyone was pleasant and helpful and a joy to interact with. I was one of the last clients in the building and often times businesses have representatives who don't exemplify good customer service and they get agitated towards the end of a day, but all of these professionals were top-notch from beginning to end and provided a GREAT experience! Still waiting on my glasses after the "promised date." I called and was told they had already shipped and would arrive "tomorrow," which is already late. When I called again the next day, I was told they were only being shipped that day and would take longer. i.e, someone lied.
I paid for this order and expect you to meet your end or at least honest communication.

I called VisionWorks about my contact lenses and spoke with someone who said his name was "Gabriel with a J" (Jibril). He was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me he had already helped me once and didn't need to help me again -- which was shocking to hear.
I completely understand that I ordered my contacts late and that I already used a trial pair, but what was I supposed to do? I just needed some help to figure things out. Instead of understanding, I was met with attitude and zero empathy. As a busy mom trying to handle everything, I expected kindness, not judgment.
