My last eye exam was great with dr.miller. I liked her, she was very professional. She changed my perscription,therefore gave me a trial pair to wear a week,then return. Well when I came back, they gave me a physical perscription which I requested. When I tried to order my contacts online, because they are much cheaper and better quality, they got my perscription wrong. I called the office to get it corrected. I ask if they could fax the corrected perscription to web eye care, they said they would fave to fax them and request it. I contacted wec and told them. The last email I received. from web ec, they said they had sent 2 request faxes to envision with no response. This is so annoying,Envision needs to do better.

Came in Envision with my wife this morning. We stood there in front of the check in counter for close too 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged her standing there. The ladies saw us never spoke a word. Very rude acting lady at the computer on left side.

I have been seeing Dr. Keene at Envision and she is very thorough and seems extremely knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is very nice, friendly & professional. Even though I only visit every couple years, they all call me by name. The most fabulous of Frames found me & the front desk staff helped me find a payment plan that worked for me. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

We get a very thorough eye exam. Each time we go to the office, there is some other exam that is not covered by insurance. This office is a provider for Humana insurance with eye coverage but will not file a claim for their "in house bundle" for eyeglasses. If they do bill, the additional out of pocket charges are astronomical.
